Austin Commerical Office

The current Austin Commercial office located in the Loop Central building had outgrown their current office space and needed to relocate. Liking the area their offices was in, they relocated to the Loop Central One building next door.

THR3E Design provided architectural and interior design services for their new space. The original allotted space was 4,300 but was increased to 4,714 during the design process. We were able to provide building code analysis, architectural plans, finishes, door and partition schedules and related millwork drawings needed. Usability and flexibility were very important to the client and we capitalized on that by incorporating folding glass partitions to open up their conference rooms for larger events.
