THR3E Design was thrilled about our spectacular event as we celebrated three successful years in business! Our journey has been incredible, and we want to share this milestone with everyone.

At the heart of this celebration is a commitment to education. We believe in the transformative power of knowledge, and our event aims to shed light on the crucial role education plays in shaping the future of our industry.

Beyond the festivities, our event served a purpose. We're dedicated to generating scholarships and investing in the next generation of talents in the Design and Construction industry.

The inaugural Us Against Them event in 2022 was a triumph! Together, we raised an impressive $25,000, establishing a scholarship endowment at Texas Tech University Huckabee College of Architecture. This endowment will continue to support and empower students pursuing their dreams in the architectural field.

The first annual Us Against Them event in 2023 was just as big of a success, an additional $16,000 was raised establishing an additional scholarship endowment at The University of Houston Gerald D. Hines College of Architecture and Design and Work Texas which benefits our construction industry partners. To date, our event has raised over $40,000 benefiting our industry.
