Barry W. Leong

With over 20 years industry experience, Barry is a fundamental member of our team. He has a thorough understanding of industry regulations and codes and is knowledgeable of today’s design standards.

His role shifts to project manager or project architect depending on what is needed for each project. He establishes overall design standards and ensures that a consistent, high-quality level is achieved for all documents. He interfaces directly with the client to establish and maintain design parameters such as assignable areas, functional relationship and budgets. Barry will monitor and control the schedule and work with the team defined and issue bid packages for construction.
