The Regents

This new, ground-up 220-unit graduate luxury housing will serve Medical Students at Texas Tech University. Along with its 300-car precast parking garage, the complex will be located between Avenue M and K at 10th Street in downtown Lubbock, Texas. It will be part of the new Downtown Lubbock Revitalization Project being led by the City of Lubbock.
